The young Rebels hosted the Cougars from AGWSR on January 13, 2015 in Gladbrook. Size and athleticism was a major factor in this game.

First quarter play saw the Rebels down early as the Cougars inside game was hard to stop as a huge difference in size led to a 13-2 deficit. The Rebels found their way back as they started to hit some shots while holding down the Cougars big guys. Still down with a 20-9 score at half-time, the Rebels were looking to improve in the second half.

Starting third quarter action the Rebels were working on team goals both offensively and defensively. They scored 8 points while holding the Cougars to 11 points, still trailing 31-17. During the final stanza play both teams went up and down the court matching baskets only to find the Cougars with a sizable lead en route to a 46-25 loss for the Rebels.
