The Cross Country team kicked off the year to a great start on Thursday, September 4th.

Runners have been hard at work in practices preparing for the meets and trying to stay healthy.

Practices previously were crazy with all the heat at the beginning of the school year. We already had our sports pictures taken at the Latin Photography studio in Cedar Falls earlier this year. This year’s runners include: Nicole Adair, Amber Brendes, Meg Edler, Hannah Martin, Kelsey Schwartz, Tyler Bovy, Cole Goos, and Vasya Strohbehn. The current coach is still Andy McQuillen, and our previous coach, Cathy Storjohann, helps out at the meets. Our first meet was on Thursday September 5 in Eldora.

Bovy (14th place) and Nicole Adair (17th place). If you want to see the rest of the schedule for this
