The G-R Rebels visited Fox Ridge Golf Course on Tuesday, October 2nd and showed signs of improvement in all areas. Nicole Adair led the Rebels with one of her stronger runs of the season (18:02). Also, Meg Edler continues to improve and ran a strong race once again (18:30). Vasya Strohbehn ran one of his stronger races and was the only finisher for the boys with a time of 21:16.

The season is starting to wind down and we need to continue to get healthier and finish on a positive note. It was nice to have Rachel Bown running stronger, as she has battled some health issues throughout the season. Also, we hope to have our best foot forward as we run at the NICL Meet in Reinbeck on Saturday (10/13).
