The 7th Grade Boys Basketball team traveled to Union, Iowa, on December 4, 2014 to take on the Cobras of BCLUW.

Tipping off the game in the first quarter, both teams were anxious to set the tempo and gain an advantage early in the game. With a 8-6 Rebel lead neither team could get the upper hand. Back on the floor for the second quarter the Rebels pressure defense started to force the Cobras to turn the ball over leading to high percentage shots en route of a 23-16 half-time lead.

Working on our offense and continuing to play good defense were our priorities for the second half. With that in mind the Rebels lead 31-16 at the end of the third period. During the fourth quarter much of the same continued for the Rebels as what we talked about in practice started to click and the scoring continued for a 47-22 win. This evened our record to a 1-1 season.
