Cedar Valley Hospice hosts Rio themed fundraiser with the Brazilian 2wins

On Friday, April 13, Cedar Valley Hospice will host its spring fundraiser, Rio Nights, Parade Your Passion for Cedar Valley Hospice.

Mark your calendars and make plans to celebrate and samba at this casual, themed event to raise money for the compassionate programs and services of Cedar Valley Hospice. The Waterloo Convention Center at Sullivan Brothers Plaza will be decorated for an evening out in the tropics. Beginning at 6 p.m., guests will enjoy delicious appetizers and the chance to purchase raffle tickets to win a $1000 cash prize. Music by Rio de Janeiro natives The Brazilian 2Wins will entertain guests throughout the night. Known for their captivating charisma and positivity, you won’t want to miss their performance. Guests will also enjoy a hearty meal and have the chance to bid on dozens of silent auction items from local, regional and national donors.

New this year, all silent auction items are available for mobile bidding by guests as well as the public. Bidding opens on Friday, April 6 and can be found online at www.biddingforgood.com/cvhospice.

Limited seating is available and reservations can be made online at www.cvhospice.org. Tables seat approximately eight people. Payment must accompany all reservations. Deadline to register is April 2.
