The 100 Day Weight Loss Challenge Class at Grundy County Memorial Hospital (GCMH) includes weekly Monday weigh-ins and five weight loss classes from August 29 December 6, 2016. Classes will be led by GCMH dietitians. The class cost offers a $25 “rebate” to participants who reach their weight loss or maintenance goal. The five classes will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the GCMH Education Room on the following dates:

Monday, September 12

Monday, September 26

Monday, October 10

Monday, October 24

Registered class participants will receive a free adult membership at the Grundy Family YMCA throughout the 100 days of class, followed by a discounted membership fee for the remainder of the year.
