GRUNDY CENTER Grundy County Memorial Hospital (GCMH) will host the Grundy Area Cardiac Support Group on Monday, December 1, 2014 from 5:00 6:30 p.m. in the Education Room. Please use Entrance #3 on the west side of the hospital.

Join us for a time to share information and experiences with others who are also on this journey. The Grundy Area Cardiac Support Group meets quarterly on the first Monday of the month (December, March, June and September) in the Education Room of the Grundy County Memorial Hospital, 201 East J Avenue, Grundy Center.
