GRUNDY CENTER Grundy County Memorial Hospital (GCMH) will host the Grundy Area Cardiac Support Group on Monday, September 9th, 2013 from 5:00 6:30 p.m. in the Education Room. Please use Entrance #3 on the west side of the hospital.

Kristi Barnett, GCMH Social Worker, will present and answer questions on the “Better Choices Better Health Program”, a skill building workshop for people with one or more chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, or arthritis.

Join us for a time to share information and experiences with others who are also on this journey. The Grundy Area Cardiac Support Group will meet quarterly on the first Monday of the month in the Education Room of the Grundy County Memorial Hospital, 201 East J Avenue, Grundy Center, with the group meeting on September 9th because of Labor Day.
