The Grundy County Wellness Coalition has drawn winners for the 2012 Grundy County Challenge. Challenge participants needed to complete 4 or more walking/running events in Grundy County this year. Qualifying races included the Clint McMartin Memorial Run, Patt Neff Memorial Run, Dash ‘N Splash, Dollar 4 Scholars, Felix Grundy, Phil Kruger Memorial Run, BCLUW Comet Run and GruMorrBeck.

The Grundy County Wellness Coalition will be offering the challenge in 2013.

The winners for 2012 are: The Runner’s Flat gift certificate, Cedar Falls – Amber Sly; Hometown Foods gift certificate, Conrad – Steve Feld; Family Foods gift certificate, Grundy Center – Jessica Patrick; Trunck’s Country Food gift certificate, Reinbeck – Jeannie Tonner.
