Girls’ Basketball Starts in One Week By Chandler Kendall With all of the Fall sports wrapped up, we move into the winter basketball season. The girls will be starting their two-a-day practices on November 9th. These practices will be lead by Head Coach Justin Hornberg and Assistant Coach Melisa Dieleman. The team is excited to get plenty of scrimmage time in this season with the amount of girls we have going out this year. At the annual meeting before the season starts there were 13 girls attending the pre-season lecture, all being underclassmen. These numbers have the coaches ecstatic, compared to the 6 we ended up with at the end of last season. With the ambition of the upcoming freshman and the knowledge of the repeating starters, we should have a great season, even though we are lacking seniors. Come watch us on November 20th at home against BCLUW!

Thank You For Attending by Dakota Weishaubt A big thanks to all the people who attended the 2015 Haunted Hallways at GMG High School. The school was a very scary building from 6 to 7:30 on Friday night, Oct. 30, 2015. The haunted hallways wouldn’t have happened without the help of the GMG Student Council Members and extra students. The money raised will go toward other school functions like homecoming. Thank you for supporting our very own GMG Student Council.

November Inservice By Jacy Chaplin On Wednesday, November 4, GMG Students were released at 1:30. That was because of the monthly teachers in-service meeting. The teachers had to stay until 4 PM. The GMG Secondary teachers worked on the Core Curriculum. Some of the teachers lead the meeting. It was a very educational time for our teachers at GMG!
