Grundy County Extension & Outreach Administrator Shari Sell-Bakker will be teaching a “Click” So you got an IPAD now what?! class on June 12, 2014 at the Dike Public Library from 6:00 p.m. 7:30 p.m. There is no fee for this program and snacks will be provided.

You may know what social media is but do you know how to use it to make your life easier? Topics for this class will include: what is an app, how can you tell if it is a good app; how to search for apps; connecting safely; blogs; Facebook; YouTube; Pod Casts; safe downloading of material; using QR codes and Ning; video and picture usage and much more!

This workshop will promote lifelong learning by engaging participants in collaborative social learning, hands on activities and ongoing learning through discussion with others of similar understanding.

Participants are asked to bring their IPADs to class. Those with other models of tablets are welcome to come and will be able to apply what is learned.
