REINBECK – Grundy Center’s winning streak reached five games with a 30-20 win over NICL West host Gladbrook-Reinbeck.

Alyssa Mathews posted a double-double to lead the Spartans, tallying team-highs of 10 points and 12 rebounds. Katie Lindeman scored eight points and had eight boards, while Kayla Mathews had six steals.

Hanna Christopher scored a game-high 12 points to lead the Rebels.

Grundy Center (8-2, 5-1) will take to the road on Friday to face West Marshall in NICL West play, while Gladbrook-Reinbeck (4-4, 2-4) visits East Marshall.
