Tama County District Court Before Judge Patrick R. Grady in Tama County District Court in Toledo: Dale Evert Bogue, 31, entered Alford pleas to 3rd degree burglary and failure to comply with Sex Offender Registry requirements, 2nd or subsequent offense. An Alford Plea is not an admission of guilt by the defendant but recognizes there is likely enough evidence for a conviction ot be obtained in court. On both charges, Bogue was sentenced to a suspended, five-year prison term, with fines totaling $1,500 also suspended, assessed court costs of $422 and placed on probation until Oct. 10, 2018.
