Grundy County Conservation to offer Hunter Education training
MORRISON – Registration for Grundy County Conservation’s 2026 Hunter Education course is now open. The class is set for Thursday, July 30, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will take place at the Grundy County Heritage Museum in Morrison. Class size is limited to 30 students. There will be live firing. Students are asked to provide a sack lunch. The class will begin in Morrison after which students will take a bus to the Izaak Walton facility in Reinbeck. Students will need to be picked up at the conclusion of the class from the Izaac Walton Clubhouse located at 107 N Commercial Street, Reinbeck, at 6 p.m. To register for the class, visit https://license.gooutdoorsiowa.com/Event/EventsHome.aspx.
