The Gladbrook American Legion and Auxiliary will conduct a first day of school flag raising at GMG Elementary School in Green Mountain on Tuesday, Aug. 23, at 10:00 a.m. Americanism Chairman Lisa Reinhart will host the service. The Gladbrook Jr. Auxiliary will raise the American flag while the National Anthem is played. The Gladbrook Legion will have a Colorguard. Everyone is invited to attend.
