The GR vocal music department will be presenting its fall concert Thursday, October 20th beginning at 7:00 p.m. The concert will be held in the auditorium and will feature singers in grades 7 12. It will be directed by Cherie Eckhoff and accompanied by Sheryl Campbell. The GR swing choir will start the evening with a trio of 50’s songs. The 34-member junior high choir will then sing Oh My Lord, Homeward Bound, Sing with Jubilation, Kyrie and Tuimbe. The high school choir will finish out the concert singing Just a Single Voice, Old King Cole, Seasons of Love, Beggar’s Chorus, O Nata Lux, Life in a Northern Town and Can You Hear the People Sing (from Les Miserables). The concert is open to the public and no admission fee is charged. Come join us for an evening of music.
