Gladbrook-Reinbeck school registration

Gladbrook-Reinbeck Community School parents will receive mail-in registration information via the US Postal Service around July 25, 2016. This packet will include information and all the mandatory forms to register school-aged children. Parents may also download all the mandatory and non-mandatory registration forms from the district web site. After completing the paperwork, parents can mail the forms and the appropriate payment of school fees back to the G-R business office. The on-line payment processing firm, PaySchools, is also available to parents who wish to pay their fees electronically. The district is encouraging mail-in registration in order to alleviate congestion during walk-in registration. Families new to the Gladbrook-Reinbeck school district are asked to call the school’s business office at (319) 345-2712 so registration information can be mailed to them. Parents taking advantage of the mail-in registration are asked to submit their materials prior to August 9, 2016. Walk-in registration will be held at each campus on August 9, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Families wishing to apply for free and reduced lunches are asked to have the application to the G-R business office at 300 Cedar St., Reinbeck, Iowa 50669, prior to registering

August 9th. Registrations received after August 9th will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee.
