On April 4 Gladbrook-Reinbeck and Dowling Catholic starting food drives at their schools in a head-to-head contest to see who could raise the most weight in food. Their food drives ran from Monday the 4th through Thursday the 7th. The two schools raised over 500 LBS combined for their local communities. Gladbrook-Reinbeck ended up winning the contest which earned them tickets for their players and coaches to attend our 6/25 season finale vs. the Cedar Rapids Titans. On Friday April 8th, both schools had students volunteer at local food banks and lent a helping hand to those in need.
