Curtis and Karen (Shemenski) Ohrt of Gladbrook will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on October 22, 2010. They were united in marriage in Martins Ferry, Ohio. They are the parents of Edward (Kathleen) Ohrt of Gladbrook; Ellyn (Mike) McDonald of Nazereth, Pennsylvania; Deena (Mike) Ryan of londonberry, New Hampshire. The couple have 10 grandchildren. Their children hosted an open house in June to celebrate.
