Love begins in a moment, Grows over time, and Lasts for eternity. Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Ehrig are celebrating their 60th Wedding Anniversary. Virgil and Audrey were married on October 4th, 1958 at Reinbeck Congregational Church in Reinbeck, Iowa. Virgil worked at John Deere’s until his retirement in 1990 and farmed until retiring in 1995. He is also a builder and owns Ehrig Construction. Audrey has a home day care and has cared for many families throughout the years. Virgil and Audrey are active members of Hudson Community Church and continue to volunteer for the church. They love to travel and are avid Hawkeye fans. Our Family, a Circle of Strength and Love, Founded in Faith, Joined by Love, Kept by God, Together Forever. Virgil and Audrey have three daughters, three son-in-law’s, and two grandsons. Family includes, Brenda and Brent Flessner in Arizona, Shelley and Mark Downing in Des Moines, and Traci, Scott, Hunter and Dalton Goodale in Colorado.
