Samantha Jo Petty and Joshua Dalton Garrison were united in marriage on June 3, 2017 at Sugar Grove Vineyard in Newton, Iowa. The wedding party included Brittany Garrison – Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids were Chelsea Petty, Megan Weber, Hayley Weber, Harlee Wang and Kimberly Samson.

The Best Man was Ben Garrison and Groomsmen were Michael Wang, John Williams, Matt Spencer, Robert Fisher and Alex Pascoe.

The flower girl was the bride’s grandmother Marilyn Petty. The host was Justin Garrison and the hostesses were Dawn Weber and Denise Barnes. The ushers were Austin Barnes, Luke Petty, Jacob Peters and William Spencer.

Parents of the bride are Dennis and Carol Petty of Gladbrook. The groom’s mother is Marsha Griffith Garrison of Maxwell, Iowa.

The happy couple spent their honeymoon in Colorado hiking the mountains. They went to Pike’s Peak, rode a train to the top of the mountain, visited the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and walked the Garden of the Gods.

Samantha is a 2009 graduate of Gladbrook – Reinbeck. Joshua is a 2008 graduate of Collins – Maxwell. Samantha is an Account Manager at Independent Insurance in Marshalltown. Joshua is an Assistant Manager of store operations at HyVee in Marshalltown. The couple resides in Gladbrook.
