Dannielle Lindsey and Grant Herink were married April 30, 2016, at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center in Cedar Rapids. Parents of the couple are Terry and Virginia Lindsey of Vinton and Rob and Kathy Herink of Gladbrook.

The bride wore a lace overlay gown accented with a rhinestone medallion sash. Her finger tip veil was borrowed from Kortney Moore, sister of the groom. Dannielle carried a white bouquet with gem accents. The groom wore a grey suit with green vest and tie. The men had hops boutonnieres fashioned by the bride.

Mothers of the couple shared the black and gold unity sand ceremony with the bride and groom. The bride presented red roses to the mothers and grandmothers. Special guests were Richard and Judy Lindsey, grandparents of the bride and Phyllis Chizek, grandmother of the groom.

An hor d’oeuvres hour, dinner buffet reception and dance followed the ceremony at the Hotel. The guest book table displayed a Hawkeye football ticket, a remembrance of the couple’s first date.

Dannielle graduated from Central College in 2009 and is an Associate Manager of Search Marketing at hibu. Grant graduated from UNI in 2004 and is Sales Operations Manager at Altorfer, Inc.

Following their wedding trip to the Bahamas they reside in Cedar Rapids.
