Dennis and Marilyn Evans of Reinbeck announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their son, Jonathan to Cara Schmale, daughter of Monty and Lori Schmale of Meservey, Iowa.

Cara graduated with a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in 2011 and is employed as the pharmacy manager at Hy-Vee in Waterloo.

Jonathan attended the University of Northern Iowa and is employed as a wine and spirits manager at Hy-Vee in Waterloo.

The couple will be married Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the Historic Park Inn in Mason City, Iowa.
