Roger and Janet Arends, of Conrad, Iowa are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Jill Arends to Jason Thede, son of Gary and Tracy Thede, of Reinbeck, Iowa.

Jill is a 2013 graduate of the University of Iowa and is currently employed at Municipal Pipe Tool and Nutri Ject Systems in Hudson, Iowa.

Jason is a 2006 graduate of Gladbrook Reinbeck High School and is currently a farmer in the Reinbeck area. The couple plans to marry June 13, 2015, in Reinbeck.
