Glen and JoAnn (Folkerts) Witt brought in the New Year by celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary surrounded by their family during a Texas getaway.

Glen and JoAnn were married on January 23, 1965 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Grundy Center, Iowa.

They are the parents of Ross (Kathy) Witt of Waterloo, Holly (Chris) Cleghorn of Urbandale, and Heidi (Brad) Evenson of Reinbeck. They have 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grand children.
