Norm & Linda Beu of Reinbeck are celebrating 50 years of marriage. Norm Beu and Linda Kratzer were married September 5, 1964 by Rev. Collins at the UCC Church. The couple met at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Their family includes Rebecca (Jim) Garwacke, with grandsons Drew and Matt of Marietta, Ga.; Kate (Russ) Schildroth with grandchildren Sam and Sarah of Reinbeck; and Amy (Jarrett) Celli of Portsmouth, N.H.

Following a vacation in Alaska, Norm and Linda enjoyed a cruise down the inland passageway with friends from Texas that were also celebrating their Golden Anniversary.
