Iner Larsen and Vivian Bern, united in marriage on October 11, 1947, are reaching a milestone of 65 years of wedded bliss. They retired in 2010, after selling the hardware store they ran on Main Street in Reinbeck for over 58 years.

Four children were born out of this union: Sandra Juhl of Grinnell and the late Randy Juhl, and Cheryl and her husband, Bob Harms, of Gurnee, Ill. Lon and his wife, Carene , of Reinbeck and Lora and her husband, Kirk Dinsdale, of Reinbeck. Iner and Vivian have been blessed with 17 grandchildren and 30 great grand children.

A family dinner will be held in honor of Iner and Vivian later this year to commemorate their 65th wedding anniversary.
