Jovelyn M. Cacayan, daughter of Teofilo & Raymonda Cacayan of Valencia City, Philippines and Jeffrey D. Royer, son of Caroline and the late Jack Royer of Reinbeck were married May 14 at 11:30 in Grundy Center, Iowa.

Jeff & Jovelyn met while Jeff was on a five month extended vacation in the Philippines last year.
