Amber Weber and Ty Staveley announce wedding plans.

Amber Weber and Ty Staveley of Dysart will be married on August 20, at the Waterloo Center for the Arts, with the reception to follow at the Center.

Parents of the couple are Roni and Joan VanRiper of Glenville, Minn., and Rick and Jean Staveley of Dysart. Ty is employed at American Pattern in Cedar Falls, and Amber operates Amber’s Hair Designs in Dysart.
