GARWIN — GMG senior Rider Kupka matched his season-high with 27 points to lead the Wolverine boys’ basketball team to an 88-15 triumph over Valley Lutheran in the Friday, Jan. 16, Iowa Star Conference South Division clash.

Kupka was 12-of-12 from the field, going 3-for-3 from 3-point range, to lead GMG to the win. Ethan Klemesrud had 17 points, Easton Sash had 14 and Caleb Ferch 10 for the Wolverines (8-4, 5-3). Bodie Hutchinson netted a season-high nine points to go with six rebounds, four assists and four steals.
