GREEN MOUNTAIN — The GMG girls’ basketball team couldn’t keep up with Class 1A No. 13 Martensdale-St. Marys in a 51-28 loss to the Blue Devils in Monday, Dec. 8, 2025, non-conference contest.

The Blue Devils (4-1) led 23-10 at the half and continued to pull away for the win. Rylie Fugate led MSM with 18 points, five rebounds, six assists and six steals, while Carly Franey cashed four 3-pointers on her way to 15 points.

GMG (1-3) was led by Makayla Pendleton with seven points. Skyler Murty finished with five points and a team-high eight rebounds, Arianna Pierce had five points and five boards, and Macie Sanders chipped in five points.
