Iowa’s girls and boys high school state athletic organizations have released tentative state qualifier lists for the state track and field meet running Thursday through Saturday, May 16-18, at Drake Stadium in Des Moines.

Here are the qualifiers from Gladbrook-Reinbeck and Green Mountain-Garwin high schools.

GLADBROOK-REINBECK

Kennedy Brant will be part of three total events for the Gladbrook-Reinbeck girls. She cleared 5-foot-3 to earn a spot in the 1A high jump, is seeded 12th in the open 400 in 1:02.30 and is the anchor of the eighth-seeded sprint medley team, joining up with Dylan Mathern, Blake Mathern and Elly Sieh.

Jabari Woodbury returns to state in the 1A boys 400-meter dash with the 11th seed in 51.43 seconds; he’s also the 24th seed in the 200 with a 23.44 clocking.
