LA PORTE CITY – Gladbrook-Reinbeck’s Kennedy Brant won the 400-meter dash and high jump events to lead the Rebel girls track and field team at last Friday’s REB Relays at Union High School.

Brant completed the 400 in 1:02.17 and cleared 5-feet even in the high jump, respectively, scoring 20 of G-R’s 22 team points on Friday.

Logan Giesking was in a four-way tie for second in the boys’ high jump after clearing the bar at 5 feet, 10 inches.
