CONRAD — BCLUW boys golf finished as runners-up in a home Iowa Star quadrangular with Don Bosco, Waterloo Christian and GMG at Oakwood Golf Course on Tuesday night.

The Comets shot 175 as a team, 19 strokes behind Don Bosco in first. Waterloo Christian scored a 184 and GMG came in with a 237.

The Dons hoarded the individual honors as well, with Blake Irvine earning medalist with a 36 and Andrew Kimball shooting 39 as runner-up.

Zaden Eggers led the way for the Comets with a 42, followed closely by Bodie Butler’s 43 and Mason Martin’s 44. Evan Andrews shot a 46 and Lincoln Stover and Nate Bishop each turned in 49s to round out the team scoring.
