ACKLEY – Caden Kickbush dropped a career-high 26 points on AGWSR as the Gladbrook-Reinbeck boys’ basketball team improved to 2-0 overall and in NICL West Division play with Tuesday’s 59-34 win.

Kickbush made four 3-pointers and led the Rebels with eight rebounds and three blocked shots. Gladbrook-Reinbeck bolstered its three-point lead at the first quarter break by outscoring AGWSR 12-0 in the second period.

Mason Skovgard added 13 points and eight rebounds, while Jackson Kiburis finished with nine points for the Rebels.

Ethan Ubben paced AGWSR (1-2, 0-2) with 10 points to go with four boards. Alex Hames had eight points and a team-leading six rebounds.
