REINBECK – The Colo-NESCO volleyball team finished the Gladbrook-Reinbeck tournament at 1-3 on Saturday, earning its second victory of the season on the day.

The Royals (2-10) defeated Waterloo Christian in pool play, 22-20, 21-11, while losing to GMG (21-17, 16-21, 15-11), tournament-host Gladbrook-Reinbeck (21-19, 21-9), and AGWSR (25-16, 25-20).

Rylee Purvis had nine kills in the tournament while Molly Barten had eight. Purvis also led in digs with 15, while Emma Sarver had 14 and Lindsey Riese had 13. Riley Reischauer led in assists with 15.
