BELLE PLAINE – The Gladbrook-Reinbeck baseball squad ran its win streak to five on Tuesday with a 6-3 win over Belle Plaine.

The Rebels (11-6) recorded 12 hits, with junior Mason Skovgard leading the way by going 3-for-3 with two RBIs. Alex Tscherter, Tyler Tscherter, Joe Smoldt and Kyle Koppen each had two hits as well, with Smoldt scoring three runs.

Caden Kickbush pitched all seven innings for G-R, giving up four hits and one earned run while striking out two.
