REINBECK – Samantha Ubben scored a game-high 24 points to lead the BCLUW girls’ basketball team to its first NICL?West Division win – a 50-28 victory at Gladbrook-Reinbeck on Friday night.

Lauren Anderson added seven points and 10 rebounds, and Kaylee Goecke also scored seven points for the Comets (3-6, 1-3). Skylar Veldhouse added four points and four steals, and Leah Yantis tallied four points as well.

Taylor Gienger led the Rebels (0-10, 0-6) with 16 points. Megan Swanson contributed four points.
