Join the G-R Booster Club and the G-R Athletic Department on Friday, September 19 during the G-R vs. Denver football game as they honor our long time “Voice of G-R,” Dick McCreery. Game time is 7:00 p.m. with a brief ceremony for Dick at halftime.

Dick McCreery has been around Gladbrook and Gladbrook-Reinbeck athletics helping out in many ways for the past 50 years. He has been the “voice of football” from junior high and JV to varsity football games. He continues to keep the scorebook for varsity basketball games as he has done for most of those 50 years. It is time to look back at the many, many events and student athletes that Dick has been a part of as we honor him for his service to our athletic programs.

We invite everyone to join us on this special night around the field as we honor Dick at halftime. The Tama Co. Pork Producers will be grilling that night as well. We hope you will be able to be a part of this special night.
