Gladbrook Gals & Guys Gladbrook Gals & Guys will be meeting on Sunday February 8, at 2 p.m. in the Middle School. Enter the school through the west door. We will be having our meeting first with last minute plans on our trip. If you haven’t paid please bring plus permission slips. Corissa has planned a patch quilt we will be working on. Also we will handing out order blanks for the T-braids we will be making in March. Shelby Scarf, Rachel Trobaugh and Kendra Vavroch have lunch and presentations.

Gladbrook Jr. Auxiliary The Gladbrook Jr. Auxiliary will meet on Sat., Feb. 7th, 9:30 at Westbrook Acres to make Valentine favors for the Country Care Living facility. Chairmen are Jodi Betts, Beth Miller, and Jackie Sherman.

Gladbrook Legion Pancake Breakfast The Gladbrook American Legion will be having a pancake breakfast on Sunday, February 22, 7-1pm at the Memorial Bldg with proceeds toward their scholarship fund. They will be serving bisquits/gravy, eggs, toast, sausage and their famous pancakes. Come join them! Gladbrook Legion & Auxiliary The Gladbrook Legion & Auxiliary will meet on Mon., Feb. 9th with a 6:30 supper furnished by the Auxiliary. Hostesses are Jeanne Paustian, Karen Pieper, and Sue Koster. Each group will have their own meetings following the supper.

Grief Healers Support Group Iowa River Hospice hosts a Grief Healers Support Group at Iowa River Hospice 206 W Church S, Marshalltown, on Feb. 5th @ 1:00-2:00 pm. This group meets at the same time and place the first Thursday of each month. We are open to all individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one. Grief is a healthy and natural response to death. It is difficult to process. Come join us in our journey of healing. If questions call 753-7704. Spousal Support Group Iowa River Hospice hosts a Spousal Support Group at Hyvee in Marshalltown on Feb. 8th @ 5pm. Crayon Corner Preschool Valentine Dinner and Dance The annual Crayon Corner Preschool Valentine Dinner and Dance fundraiser will be held Saturday, February 14th at the Gladbrook Memorial Building.  Social hour will begin at 6:00-7:00 p.m., silent auction will run from 6:00-7:30 p.m., dinner begins at 7:00 p.m., and the dance will start at 8:00 p.m. with the D.J.-Parties to Go.  Please join us for an exciting evening!  Tickets are available for $15.00 from any preschooler or board member!  If you would like tickets, please contact Cynthia Eggers at 473-3213 or any other board member.  Board members include Marcie Sienknecht, Nicole Engle, Karen Eggers, Jackie Sherman, Randy Sienknecht, and Denise Smoldt.   Tama County Fair & Livestock Assoc.
