Voters of Tama County! On Tuesday, Aug. 4, the Tama County Republican delegates voted against the results of the June primary vote. For 250 years in America, it has been the person with the most votes who wins. Not in Tama County! It is obvious that the delegates only care about their own agenda to keep incumbent Tama County Treasurer Amanda Kriegel out of office. The voters of Tama County don’t count! There were three delegates that did the right thing and voted for Amanda. In my opinion, the rest of the delegates should not be in that position if they can’t uphold what America was founded on.

Amanda has brought in over $1.8 million in interest in her four years in office by moving money where higher interest is. In the previous four years prior to her holding office, the interest earned was just over $500,000. She has done a great job for Tama County.

There is a big group of delegates that hate anyone associated with the old Board of Supervisors. So to make it right, the voters of Tama County need to do the right thing and show the delegates that OUR VOTE DOES COUNT and write in AMANDA KRIEGEL for Tama County Treasurer in the general election this November.
