Before Judge Mitchell E. Turner in Tama County District Court in Toledo:


Brandy Eileen Johnson, 30, rural Tama, admitted violation of terms of probation. Probation was revoked and she was sentenced to serve a five-year prison term. Johnson was accused in a probation violation report of failure to come to scheduled appointments with her probation officer on four dates, to complete inpatient substance abuse treatment, failure to go to the Meskwaki Alcohol and Drug Abuse Center and missing inpatient bed space. Johnson originally received a deferred judgment on May 29, 2014, on a charge of 3rd degree burglary.
