Before Judge Sean M. McPartland in Tama County District Court in Toledo:


Travis Michael Mask, 34, Traer, was found in contempt of court for repeated failure to complete the Iowa Domestic Abuse Program as ordere by the court. he was sentenced to 20 days in jail. Mask was originally charged with 2nd offense assault- domestic abuse causing injury on June 14, 2016 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. He pleaded guilty to assault- domestic abuse on Aug. 26, 2016, and was originally sentenced to 265 days in jail with credit for time served and the balance suspended, placed on unsupervised probation and directed to complete the Domestic Abuse Program.


Before Judge Fae Hoover-Grinde: Jillisa Nicole Jorgensen, 28, Marshalltown, in a plea agreement, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine. She was sentenced to a suspended 365 day jail term, fined and assessed court costs totaling $889 and directed to pay 3315 restitution. She was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. Charges of 4th degree criminal mischief and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility- methamphetamine into the Tama County Jail in Toledo and a charge of criminal; trespassing were dismissed. Jorgensen was charged on Nov. 29, 2018, for allegedly breaking into a home in the 200 block of Main Street, Garwin. She was cited for possession a small plastic baggie of methamphetamine by Tama County Sheriff’s Office Detective Lucas Dvorak.
