Four men who are not residents of the United States currently are being held in the Tama County and Marshall County jails- three on Tama Police charges and one on Tama County Sheriff’s Office charges according to information from the jail. Roberto Morales, a/k/a Roberto Morales-Diaz, 38, faces charges of lascivious acts with a child and 2nd degree sex abuse. He was arrested on June 20 by Tama Police. He filed notice on Oct. 19 in Tama County District Court in Toledo he plans enter a plea to the charge of lascivious acts. Alan Zazueta, 20, charged with two counts of 3rd degree sexual abuse on Oct. 13 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Trial is set in Tama County District Court for Jan. 14, 2019. Rosendo Gomez-Reyes, 38, charged with identity theft on March 23 by Tama Police. A plea hearing is set in District Court on Dec. 13. Luis Enrique Martinez Medina, 28, charged with 3rd degree Sex Abuse and Public Intoxication by Tama Police on Oct. 27. He is awaiting trial set for Jan. 14, 2019 in Tama County District Court.
