Before Judge Sean McPartland in Tama County District Court in Toledo:


Gerald Robert Sanache, 50, rural Tama, admitted violation of terms of probation and was found in contempt. He was ordered to serve 14 days in jail beginning on Nov. 30. A probation violation report said Sanache had been convicted of 2nd degree assault in Sac and Fox Tribe of the Mississippi Court on Sept. 21. Sanache had been placed on probation for five years on July 25, 2014 on sentences for drunken driving and habitual offender. He originally faced charges of 3d offense drunken driving filed by the Tama Country Sheriff’s Office and 1st degree harassment filed by Toledo Police in April of the preceding year.
