Before Judge Chad Kepros in Tama County District Court in Toledo: Selah Chante Cheyenne De Marce, 25, Tama, pleaded guilty in a plea agreement to domestic abuse assault. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with all but two suspended and credited for time already served. De Marce was also fined and assessed court costs totaling $188 and placed on unsupervised probation. She was directed to successfully complete the Iowa Domestic Abuse Program. De Marche was charged on Nov. 11, 2016, in the 1000 block of Park Street after allegedly attacking a male by striking and leaping upon the victim. the charge was filed by Tama Police Officer Mark Bear. Dana Michael Graff, 36, Tama, entered a written plea of guilty to domestic abuse assault, strangulation. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, given credit for time served and had 176 days suspended. A $625 fine was also suspended and Graff was directed to pay $200 in court costs. He also was directed to successfully complete the Iowa Domestic Abuse Program and was placed on probation and directed to pay the $300 supervisory fee. Graff was charged on Nov. 10 in the 1000 block of Park Street after allegedly obstructing air or blood flow of the victim. The charge was filed by Tama Police Officer Mark Bear. Aaron Levi Ditmarson, 22, Tama, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession with intent to deliver Psilocybin. Judgment was deferred and Ditmarson was placed on probation for three years. He was assessed civil penalties and court costs totaling $2,145. Of the amount $1,000 of the civil penalty was suspended. Four accompanying charges were dismissed. Ditmarson was charged on Aug. 3 after a search warrant was served at residence in the 100 block of East 6th Street in Tama. Tama Police Chief filed the charges. Nicole Danielle Hansen, 33, Traer, entered a written Alford plea to a charge of child endangerment. An Alford plea does not reflect a guilty plea on the part of the defendant but does admit there is likely enough evidence to obtain a conviction court. Hansen received a deferred judgment, was assessed a civil penalty and court costs totaling $725 and was placed on unsupervised probation. She was cited to court by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was available in online court records at the Tama County Courthouse. Bryan Deaundra Rudd, 25, Waterloo, entered a written guilty plea to driving while barred. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but five days suspended, fined and assessed court costs totaling $1,004 and was placed on unsupervised probation. Rudd was charged on Nov. 3, 2015, at M avenue and U.S. Highway 63 by Iowa State Trooper Jared Rude
