On September 27th two members of the newly formed GMG FFA Chapter attended the North Central District Greenhand Fire Up conference at Ellsworth Community College. GFU is a leadership development program created just for first/second year FFA members. During the day long conference the students took part in leadership and goal setting sessions where they met other members from across the North Central District. In these sessions they learned to make SMART goals to help them navigate through FFA, life, and school. In addition, they had the opportunity to meet other FFA members from across the North Central FFA District.
