Tama County District Court

Before Judge Robert E. Sosalla in Tama County District Court in Toledo:

Bryce John Climer, 21, Toledo, pleaded guilty to 1st offense drunken driving. He was sentenced to two days in jail and assessed a fine and court costs totaling $1,798. Of the fine amount, $625 may be suspended if hte court receivew proof of installation of a vehicle ignition interlock device. Climer may complete an weekend OWI weekend program within 150 days in lieu of serving the jail time. Climer was charged on Dec. 16, 2015, in the 100 block of West Business Highway 30 by Toledo Police Sgt. Dan Quigley. Braden Tyler Crane, 33, Marshalltown, pleaded guilty to 2nd degree harassment and was fined and assessed court costs totaling $525. According to court records, Crane was charged on Oct. 1, 2015, for participating with another person who was allegedly threatening to kill two persons. The charge was field by Tama county deputy Sheriff Brian Randall.
