By Joyce Wiese Tama County Supervisors Larry Vest, Kendall Jordan and Dan Anderson visited with Tami Wise Monday morning, February 1. Wise asked for approval for Tami Frakes, Tama, for the position of Coordinating Disabilities. This would be for a 37 1/2 hour week at a wage of $45,250 yearly. Supervisors voted 3-0 to approve. This will be effective as of today, February 1st. The quarterly report for the Veterans and GR report was approved. Elizabeth Ledvina, director, had this report. Visa card for fuel and office supplies, $380.23; Phone $339.07; Veterans information services $55.00; County Van Service $34.45; Mileage to Dennis Barnes $54.00; Grave markers $578.62; grave care Badger Hill Cemetery $204; U.S. Cellular phone $112.98, dues to NAVSO $60.00; and grave care at the Dysart cemetery $981.00. The General Relief fund shows office phone $499.24, copier usage and copies $818.44; postage and postal box $13.12; Client emergency need at Super 8 motel, $184.80. Claims in the amount of $53,799.47 gained approval.
