Tama County District Court
Before Judge Christopher L. Bruns in Tama County District Court in Toledo:
Garrick Lee Davenport, 37, Toledo, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked. He was fined and assessed court costs totaling $1,400. He was granted the opportunity to complete community service in lieu of paying the fines and court costs. Davenport was charged on Sept. 30 on Business Highway 30 by Toledo Police Chief Bob Kendall. Timothy John Wall, 47, rural Tama, pleaded guilty to 4th degree criminal mischief. He received a deferred judgment and was placed on self-supervised probation. He was assessed civil penalty and court costs totaling $540. Wall can complete community service in lieu of paying the civil penalty and court costs. He was also directed to pay restitution to be determined. Wall was charged on Oct. 16 for damages allegedly made to the S & S Car Wash in Tama. The charge was filed by Tama Police Officer Jason Bina.
